Description

You will own the implementation and customization of ServiceNow modules to drive automation and self-service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Integration, Orchestration, and Service Portal.
• Configure Service Level Agreements (SLA), Service Level Objectives (SLO), and Operational Level Agreements (OLA).
• Design and implement dashboards for Incident Management, Service Catalog, ITSM, and Asset Management within multi-tenant environments.
• Manage instance cloning and execute pre- and post-upgrade activities, including bug fixing.
• Develop custom workflows, service catalogs, record producers, CMDB, and event management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and customization.
• Advanced knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in client-side and server-side scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs for application integration.
• Expertise in workflow design and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and Orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Event Management and multi-tenant architectures.
• Ability to configure SLA, SLO, and OLA.

Preferred Skills

• Perform root cause analysis, code reviews, and defect resolution to maintain system performance.
