Description

You will lead ServiceNow implementations and platform strategy, bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Capture and validate business requirements through direct engagement with customers and system owners.
• Translate complex business problems into detailed stories, epics, and technical requirements for development teams.
• Facilitate technical discussions and meetings to mitigate risks and resolve issues within the IT environment.
• Author and peer review functional, technical, training, and roadmap documentation.
• Manage stakeholders and project plans, including resourcing schedules and forecasted activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development within enterprise organizations.
• Proven expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), help desk, asset management, and network/systems management.
• Strong background in ITIL business processes and IT operations.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Provider modules and platform strategy.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions to meet organizational goals.
• Experience communicating technical complexities to non-technical business owners.
