You will manage software asset lifecycles and ensure licensing compliance using the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.
• Utilize the ServiceNow SAM platform for accurate asset tracking and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize software licensing.
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to licensing agreements.
• Apply SAM best practices and industry trends to existing workflows.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Proficiency in the ServiceNow SAM platform.
• Strong understanding of software licensing and compliance requirements.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.
