Description

Design and build ServiceNow solutions within an enterprise environment, focusing on the SPM suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ServiceNow solutions following documented requirements.
• Implement ServiceNow SPM modules across enterprise environments.
• Lead client discussions and organize backlog grooming sessions.
• Run scrum calls using agile-based software development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and design.
• Completion of at least 2 full SPM implementations within ServiceNow.
• Strong experience with ITSM and SPM suites.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, and SQL.
• Knowledge of ITAM, ITOM, and ITIL frameworks.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• ServiceNow Developer or Administrator certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading client-facing technical discussions.
