Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow SPM solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop backend logic using Java and scripting with JavaScript.
• Design and maintain UI components using HTML and CSS.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data management.
• Develop and support REST API integrations with external systems.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.

Experience Required

• 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with REST API integration and web services.
• Knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
