Description

You will own the technical design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow SPM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and configuration for ServiceNow SPM modules.
• Mentor the team on ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and QA.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define strategic planning and portfolio processes.
• Support solution quality through testing, defect triage, and deployment readiness.
• Contribute to an agile culture by participating in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules (PPM, Demand Management, Resource Management).
• Strong knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management leading practices.
• Proven configuration experience with roadmap management, investment funding, and prioritization models.
• Demonstrated analytical skills in process improvement across planning and execution workflows.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
