Description

You will own the product vision and execution for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize the product backlog, refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Enhance Demand, Resource, Enterprise Agile Platform (EAP), and Waterfall modules within SPM.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SPM features, from ideation through deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Manage testing plans for SPM to support bi-annual upgrades.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience enhancing ServiceNow platforms.
• Deep functional experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing product backlogs and defining product roadmaps.
• Ability to define and document user stories and acceptance criteria from an engineering mindset.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management lifecycles.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
• Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow configuration and workflows.
