Description

You will train end users on ServiceNow SPM module functionalities, including project management workflows, demand management, and resource management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Train end users on project management functions within ServiceNow SPM.
• Teach specific workflows within the ServiceNow SPM tool.
• Deliver training on the Internal Demand Intake Process.
• Train users on ServiceNow SPM Demand Management.
• Guide users on Project Management, Time Tracking Entry/Approval, and Resource Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow SPM Module.
• Experience in training and content development.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow SPM Navigation and Reporting.
• Ability to train users on core project management functions.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
