Description

You will develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Project, Program, and Portfolio management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Project, Program, and Portfolio management modules.
• Develop solutions for Resource and Financial Planning, Demand, and Timesheet management.
• Support platform upgrades and execute release plans.
• Write and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of overall development experience, with 5+ years specifically in ServiceNow.
• Expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules (ITBM/SPM).
• Strong skills in server-side and client-side scripting.
• Experience configuring Project, Program, and Portfolio management.
• Proficiency in applying Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workspace Service Delivery.
• CIS SPM, CSA, or other micro certifications on SPM.
