You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM workflows, automation, and system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Enhance ITSM workflows and automate operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and platform performance.
• Support and optimize ServiceNow platform performance and stability.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, with exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of overall professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managed services, MSP, or enterprise IT environments.
