Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across CSM, ITSM, SPM, Now Assist, and ITOM AIOps modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure server- and client-side logic using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Design and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Deliver enhancements and new features via Agile user stories in Azure DevOps while diagnosing and resolving production incidents.
• Support specialized capabilities including BLSP for the public-facing portal and perform unit and UAT testing.
• Create technical documentation and collaborate with architects to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and platform scripting (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).
• Experience with CSM, ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.
• Proven experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP web services and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for Agile task management and tracking.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Ability to troubleshoot defects and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CIS certifications (CSM, ITSM, SPM, ITOM).
• Experience with Now Assist, generative AI capabilities, or ITOM AIOps (event management, discovery).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, source control, and Service Portal development.
