You will lead ServiceNow development for TSOM and ITSM modules, applying telecom domain expertise to technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow TSOM workflows.
• Develop and maintain ITSM processes and configurations.
• Apply telecom industry knowledge to technical solutions.
• Communicate technical requirements and updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow TSOM.
• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM.
• Background working within the telecom industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
