Description

You will lead the development and architectural implementation of ServiceNow platform integrations and core modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Develop custom applications and workflows using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Manage and optimize key modules including ITSM, CMDB, and Flow Designer.
• Apply ITIL practices and security protocols to ensure data privacy and integration best practices.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum frameworks to deliver platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, specifically focusing on integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development patterns.
• Functional knowledge of ITSM and CMDB modules.
• Experience with MID Servers and Flow Designer.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CMDB, Discovery, or ITOM) or Certified Application Developer/System Administrator.
• Experience with ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or custom app development.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP in an integration context.
