Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow platform solutions to automate business processes and manage IT services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform by translating IT and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules for Incident, Change, Problem, and Agent Chat.
• Build integrations between internal and external systems using both out-of-the-box functionality and custom implementations.
• Lead implementation efforts for CMDB, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Automate workflows and service management processes across the organization.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in ITSM, Integrations, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Proven experience developing integrations using REST, JavaScript, and GlideAjax.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification.
• Hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management implementations.
• Experience with both OOB and custom ServiceNow implementations.
• Any Graduate degree.
