Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions to automate business processes and support IT Service Management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST, JavaScript, and GlideAjax.
• Lead implementation efforts for CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management.
• Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform by translating IT and business requirements.
• Maintain ServiceNow modules for Incident, Change, Problem, and Agent Chat.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow in ITSM, Integrations, ITAM, or ITOM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification.
• Proficiency with REST, JavaScript, and GlideAjax.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB implementations.
• Experience supporting Hardware and Software Asset Management implementations.
• Any Graduate degree.
