Description

You will administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and supporting automation efforts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer the ServiceNow platform, including instance upgrades and system configurations.
• Build, manage, and support workflows and automations using Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and integrations.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and updates while troubleshooting platform issues.
• Collaborate with IT and automation teams to implement platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide ongoing operational support.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Prior contract or consulting experience.
