Description

Design, build, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements, including forms, workflows, and custom tables for operational data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, and custom data models.
• Write clean, efficient JavaScript code and utilize GlideQuery and GlideRecord APIs for data manipulation.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and quality control to ensure system stability and performance.
• Create and execute test cases to verify functionality and document application features.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and system administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript development within the ServiceNow platform.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing GlideQuery and GlideRecord APIs.
• Extensive experience designing and building custom ServiceNow tables and data models.
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required.
• Proven experience utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Flow Designer experience (Micro Certification is a plus).
• Prior contract or consulting experience.
