Description

Design and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned with HR and IT priorities.

Responsibilities

• Consult stakeholders to identify complex problems and outline optimal solutions across people, process, data, and technology.
• Analyze, design, configure, and deliver technical solutions in collaboration with solution architects and product owners.
• Identify, triage, and resolve configuration and product issues for assigned modules.
• Perform audit and data integrity validation while ensuring Privacy by Design, security, and quality standards.
• Participate in UAT and go-live testing to support program launches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a technologist in IT, HRIT, or Engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow products.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow configuration and UAT.
• Functional knowledge of HR processes or relevant academic/professional certification.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, recognize patterns, and understand system interconnections.
• Analytical skills to identify solution pain points and business process inefficiencies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow HRSD.
• Full technology implementation lifecycle experience, from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Knowledge of Workday data integrations.
