Lead ServiceNow development and CMDB management efforts in Johns Creek, GA.

Responsibilities

• Design and document processes for key tasks with minimal direction.
• Manage the full application development lifecycle, including requirements elicitation, analysis, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery to resolve CMDB data issues.
• Execute integration development using transform maps and the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Track multiple assignments and priorities while reporting progress and data trends to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• ServiceNow CMDB development and discovery configuration expertise.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Strong background in Java for external tools and automation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization, scripting, and request form development.
• Understanding of Incident, Change, and Request processes.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Project management experience.
