You will act as a hands-on technical designer within the ServiceNow ecosystem, bridging high-level design and direct implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment.
• Develop and manage ServiceNow Portal configurations.
• Configure and maintain Playbook functionality.
• Translate architectural requirements into hands-on technical execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience working with ServiceNow.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow Portal.
• Proven expertise working with ServiceNow Playbook.
• Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow environment.
• Ability to perform both technical design and direct implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
