Description

You will lead technical efforts for ServiceNow implementation, maintenance, and ITSM process optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and configuration within ServiceNow environments.
• Implement and optimize ITSM processes using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership for project delivery.
• Maintain and support existing ServiceNow instances.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow (Snow).
• Proficiency with ITSM frameworks.
• Experience in technical leadership roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow custom development.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
