You will lead the design and implementation of technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the full development life cycle using Agile and DevOps methodologies, including setting coding standards and performing code reviews.
Design and implement ServiceNow technical solutions, transforming requirements into functional platform features.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Test teams to prioritize tasks, propose technical options, and resolve defects.
Manage technical documentation, including setup information, standards, and environment details.
Architect new applications by evaluating technologies in coordination with solution architects and product managers.
Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience covering system administration, UI modification, or architectural design.
8+ years of development experience customizing core applications including Portal, Case, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
3+ years of experience as an Architect or Solutions Lead on ServiceNow implementation projects.
3+ years of experience leading technical teams through requirements reviews, coaching, and support.
Experience configuring SLAs, Service Catalog, Workflows, Business Rules, ACLs, SSO, and Script Includes.
Proficiency with ServiceNow tables, indexes, views, nodes, mid servers, and scripted REST APIs.
Expertise in managing Update Sets and the packaging and migration of configurations.
5+ years of experience working within ITIL frameworks.
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and automation test frameworks.
Strong communication skills for technical requirements and stakeholder collaboration.
