Description

Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full development life cycle using Agile and DevOps methodologies, including setting coding standards and performing code reviews.
• Design and implement ServiceNow technical solutions, transforming requirements into functional platform features.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Test teams to prioritize tasks, propose technical options, and resolve defects.
• Manage technical documentation, including setup information, standards, and environment details.
• Architect new applications by evaluating technologies in coordination with solution architects and product managers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience covering system administration, UI modification, or architectural design.
• 8+ years of development experience customizing core applications including Portal, Case, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• 3+ years of experience as an Architect or Solutions Lead on ServiceNow implementation projects.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams through requirements reviews, coaching, and support.
• Experience configuring SLAs, Service Catalog, Workflows, Business Rules, ACLs, SSO, and Script Includes.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow tables, indexes, views, nodes, mid servers, and scripted REST APIs.
• Expertise in managing Update Sets and the packaging and migration of configurations.
• 5+ years of experience working within ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification.
