Description

You will lead the technical implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow platform across multiple enterprise modules.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM/BCM.
  • Design and manage complex third-party integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Optimize system performance by analyzing business processes and recommending platform enhancements.
  • Develop custom applications and workflows to streamline service delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic ServiceNow adoption initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of practical experience with ServiceNow implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise with ITSM and ITOM (Discovery and CMDB CSDM model).
  • Proficiency in Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Technical knowledge of GRC, IRM, TPRM, and BCM modules.
  • Experience with SecOps, specifically Security Incident and Vulnerability Management.
  • Capability in MID Server setup and administration.
  • Knowledge of Service Graph Connectors for MS Intune and AWS Discovery.
  • Experience with AWS Event-based discovery and ServiceNow Mobile Applications.
  • Strong understanding of SOAP and REST API integrations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with platform upgrade and clone administration.
