You will lead the technical implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow platform across multiple enterprise modules.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM/BCM.
- Design and manage complex third-party integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Optimize system performance by analyzing business processes and recommending platform enhancements.
- Develop custom applications and workflows to streamline service delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic ServiceNow adoption initiatives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of practical experience with ServiceNow implementation.
- Hands-on expertise with ITSM and ITOM (Discovery and CMDB CSDM model).
- Proficiency in Performance Analytics and Reporting.
- Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Technical knowledge of GRC, IRM, TPRM, and BCM modules.
- Experience with SecOps, specifically Security Incident and Vulnerability Management.
- Capability in MID Server setup and administration.
- Knowledge of Service Graph Connectors for MS Intune and AWS Discovery.
- Experience with AWS Event-based discovery and ServiceNow Mobile Applications.
- Strong understanding of SOAP and REST API integrations.

- Experience with platform upgrade and clone administration.
