Description

You will lead development and maintenance of applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform, ensuring stable deployments and upgrades. You will own configuration, customization, and API integrations while maintaining strict information security controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications with a focus on stability and scalability.
• Configure and customize application UI and backend logic to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow APIs for seamless system integrations.
• Execute platform deployments and upgrades across multiple environments.
• Enforce and maintain required information security controls for the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application development and maintenance.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM platform configuration and customization.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform deployments and version upgrades.
• Familiarity with maintaining information security controls within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations across ITOM and ITBM domains.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated track record of leading ServiceNow implementations across multiple domains.
