Lead development and enhancement efforts on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow application and its UI.
• Develop integrations using ServiceNow APIs.
• Manage ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades across multiple environments.
• Maintain information security controls for ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 9 to 10 years of experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform customization.
• Proficiency in using ServiceNow APIs for development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations across domains like ITOM and ITBM.
• Bachelor's degree.
