Description

Build, configure, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations to support core business functionality. Implement new modules and features within ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portals. Develop scripts, flows, and solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts. Build and deploy custom applications following established development practices and architectural oversight. Configure integrations between ServiceNow and external data sources using REST and SOAP web services. Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies to deliver technical requirements and project goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement new modules and features within ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and UI Builder.
• Experience with web service integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Ability to handle discovery, requirements gathering, and core functionality build-outs.
• Certified Application Developer credential.
• Any Graduate degree.
