Description

Build and deploy custom ServiceNow applications, integrations, and modules to support core business functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement new modules and features within ITSM, ITOM, and Service Portals.
• Develop scripts and solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and external data sources using REST and SOAP web services.
• Build and deploy custom applications following established development practices and architectural oversight.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies to deliver technical requirements and project goals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and UI Builder.
• Experience with web service integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Ability to handle discovery, requirements gathering, and core functionality build-outs.
• Certified Application Developer credential.
