You will lead the technical architecture and delivery of complex ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and platform best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, SPM, ITAM, and ITOM modules.
• Lead technical implementation efforts, defining standards for configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Manage challenging stakeholder relationships, guiding project direction and resolving technical conflicts.
• Conduct technical reviews and code audits to ensure platform stability and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT service management or related technical roles.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITSM, SPM, ITAM, and ITOM.
• Strong technical background with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Proven experience managing difficult stakeholders and leading project teams in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to drive technical decisions and maintain project momentum under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• CTA (Certified Technical Architect) certification.
