Description

You will design and engineer the ServiceNow platform to automate ITIL processes and establish technical governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into architectural blueprints.
• Produce detailed functional design documents matching customer needs.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, present solutions, and validate client needs.
• Manage key internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and manage technical governance for the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of industry and project experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, and ITIL.
• Thorough knowledge of workflows, tables, scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Expertise in designing and configuring ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, GRC, SecOps, and HR.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Security, architecture, middleware, and discovery technologies.
• Experience with S2P & MDM setup in EC Pro, Service Catalog, and integrations.
• Familiarity with database design schemas and data modelling.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe principles.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GRC and SecOps module configurations.
• Background in enterprise architecture or middleware integration.
