Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet strategic business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions by translating complex business needs into functional platform designs.
• Lead architecture engagements to demonstrate platform value and ensure technical integrity across enterprise programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and executives to identify pain points, business drivers, and security requirements.
• Oversee platform governance and change control to maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow application and infrastructure.
• Advise on the impact of design options regarding related programs and organizational technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow technology.
• Proven experience in a delivery architect role, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow workflows (flows), IntegrationHub, Workspaces, UI/UX Build, and NowAssist.
• Expertise in core platform objects including scripting, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, and catalog items.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML.
• Experience with Performance Analytics.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator qualification or recent experience in system administration duties.
• Background in ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset Management, Security Operations, AI, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• ServiceNow Application Developer certification.
