Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural guidance on ServiceNow best practices to project teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and scalability while adhering to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience in software engineering or architecture.
• ServiceNow Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Application certification.
• ServiceNow Discovery certification (ITOM / CMDB).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow, Service Mapping, CMDB, ITOM, and ServiceNow Discovery.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
