Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and a valid ServiceNow Technical Architect certification. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical designs.
• Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Lead ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and customizations.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and standards.
• Work with developers, business teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Review technical designs and ensure solution quality.

Required Skills: 

• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, and platform security.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or the specific Technical Architect certification required by the client
