Description

You will lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for digital asset management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather functional and technical requirements and define digital asset management use cases.
• Create solution design documents, user stories, and process flows to meet project objectives.
• Design CMDB class structures and data models for digital asset inventory management.
• Configure the ServiceNow platform to implement automation workflows and designed solutions.
• Develop and execute test scripts for SIT and UAT while coordinating with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and business analysis.
• Extensive experience designing and configuring ServiceNow CMDB, including class structure and data modeling.
• Proven knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and processes.
• Experience executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
