You will design and oversee the implementation of the ServiceNow platform and its various application modules.
Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM, Service Portal, SecOps, GRC, and HRSD.
Provide technical guidance and serve as the primary escalation point for the development team.
Lead the prioritization and streamlining of development and support activities.
Coordinate the scheduling and execution of platform releases, product upgrades, and new technology deployments.
Maintain detailed system documentation covering design specifications, maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment best practices.
Mentor team members and groom junior staff to ensure platform health and reliability.
Required Skills
10+ years of overall IT experience with 5-7 years specifically in ServiceNow Administration, Implementation, and Development.
Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (Request, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, and Virtual Agent).
Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Management, and Release Automation).
Hands-on experience with Mid-Server build, configuration, and operations.
Proven experience with various APIs and integrations with third-party products and systems.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, and JavaScript.
Experience developing scoped applications and managing complex integrations.
Experience with validation and test automation practices such as ATF or Selenium.
ITIL and relevant ServiceNow certifications.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience with Web, J2EE, or .NET applications.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies and distributed teams across different time zones.
