Description

You will design and oversee the implementation of the ServiceNow platform and its application modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM, Service Portal, SecOps, GRC, and HRSD.
• Provide technical guidance and serve as the primary escalation point for the development team.
• Lead the prioritization and streamlining of development and support activities.
• Coordinate the scheduling and execution of platform releases, product upgrades, and new technology deployments.
• Maintain detailed system documentation and mentor junior staff to ensure platform health.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5-7 years specifically in ServiceNow Administration, Implementation, and Development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (Request, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent).
• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Management, Release Automation).
• Hands-on experience with Mid-Server build, configuration, and operations.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with various APIs and integrations with third-party products and systems.
• Experience developing scoped applications and managing complex integrations.
• ITIL and relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Web, J2EE, or .NET applications.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies and distributed teams across different time zones.
