Description

Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions for enterprise environments, ensuring process standardization.
• Lead multiple implementation projects from inception through to delivery.
• Manage domain-separated instances, including handling encryption and decryption requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.
• Manage global client engagements and drive technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 9 to 18 years of technical experience in enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow modules: CMS, HRSD, ITMS, Discovery, and DevSecOps.
• Proven experience building and managing ServiceNow integrations.
• Deep understanding of domain-separated instances and data security.
• ServiceNow Implementation certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the FAO (Finance, Accounting, and Operations) domain.
