Description

You will architect and govern complex ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level architecture for ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and SPM modules.
• Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and provide mentorship to development teams.
• Oversee the development and deployment of custom ServiceNow applications, ensuring scalability and security.
• Lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SAML.
• Establish governance frameworks and maintain detailed technical design documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years in a ServiceNow architect role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer.
• Experience implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SAML.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and SPM domains.
