Description

You will define and drive the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise standards and strategic roadmaps.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery modules.
• Lead CMDB architecture including CI class structures, relationship frameworks, and data models.
• Architect and manage integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Ensure CMDB data quality through governance, normalization, reconciliation, and audits.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support pre-sales activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
• Deep understanding of Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Strong experience with REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub integrations.
• Ability to design enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
• Exposure to enterprise or multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
• Pre-sales or customer-facing solutioning experience.
