Description

You will architect large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments, leading technical delivery and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops to define technical solutions for enterprise needs.
• Design and implement automated processes using client and server-side scripting.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage technical delivery within an Agile Scrum methodology.
• Provide tool comparisons and guidance on product roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in multi-tier production environments.
• Deep expertise in ITOM Discovery, ITAM (HAM, SAM), and ITSM processes.
• Advanced JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS skills.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal, AngularJS, Widgets, and UI Macros.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs including GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, and Script Includes.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Workflow engines.
• Technical knowledge of Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Active Directory integration.
• Experience with Event Management, Orchestration, and Virtual Agent.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Administration certification or Certified Implementation Specialist credentials.
• ServiceNow Service Portal Certification.
