Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, custom applications, and integrations for medium to large organizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of ServiceNow solutions and custom applications following industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams during project execution.
• Assess existing ServiceNow implementations and provide technical recommendations for improvement.
• Consult with business analysts and process leaders to convert requirements into technical specifications.
• Advise on technical options, risks, and impacts on ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of experience in ITSM solution administration, implementation, or configuration.
• 5 to 8 years of direct ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Proven experience with Scoped Application design and development.
• Experience managing at least one complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
• Expertise in ITIL process definition and integration solutions.
• Ability to perform architecture-level configurations and custom application development.
• Background in implementing ServiceNow modules and scoped applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with industry-leading ITSM tool providers.
