Description

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for global client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical solutions, including workflow creation, modification, and custom application design.
• Provide technical direction for system integration and development from definition through implementation.
• Translate product roadmaps into actionable user stories and design documentation.
• Communicate and enforce coding standards across the development team.
• Create and execute development plans to meet evolving requirements.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow CIS, CAD, and CTA certifications.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, and Application Development.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CSDM.
• Experience with IM, PM, CM, RM, Catalog, Hardware, and Software Asset Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and data migration from external tools into ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and process implementation.
• Ability to create reporting structures and dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRSD, CSM, and Industry Solutions.
