Description

You will lead the architectural design and roadmap for ServiceNow modules, focusing on CMDB, CSDM, GRC, and ITOM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive platform governance, standardization, and best practices across the enterprise.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.
• Oversee implementation teams to ensure maintainable and robust architectures.
• Architect and maintain a healthy CMDB aligned with CSDM 4.0+ standards.
• Serve as the highest technical escalation point for cross-functional initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years total IT experience with 7+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep expertise in CMDB and CSDM framework design.
• Experience architecting ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event, and Orchestration.
• Proven ability to lead GRC/IRM implementations, including policy and risk management.
• Strong scripting in JavaScript, Glide API, and server/client scripting.
• Design and review integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and event management.
• Experience with MID servers, workflow design, and platform performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Platform architecture principles.
