Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or IT services.

• Proven ability to architect and deliver automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of workflow design and configuration.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules relevant to automation.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification in relevant disciplines.
