Description

You will design and implement automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adapt best practice configurations for ServiceNow automation solutions.
• Develop and administer platform solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and offshore teams to design technical implementations.
• Provide informed recommendations to process users regarding platform capabilities.
• Work closely with the customer IT department to ensure solution alignment.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of IT experience.
• 3-4 years of direct ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Proven implementation experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or Service Catalog modules.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience working within an onshore/offshore delivery model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
