Description

Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adapt best practices to configure automation solutions on ServiceNow.
• Develop and administer automation solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and IT departments to define technical needs.
• Work closely with offshore teams to design and implement required solutions.
• Provide informed recommendations to process users regarding platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of total IT experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or Service Catalog.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience working within an onshore/offshore delivery model.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Any Graduate degree.
