Description

You will lead the technical design and implementation strategy for the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and oversee the implementation of various ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Architect integrations using REST and SOAP protocols to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with telecom industry processes.
• Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously while meeting defined deadlines.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of overall professional experience.
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
• 2-5 years of experience specifically in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages including JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Deep understanding of telecom industry processes and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or CSM.
• Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.
