Description

You will define and drive the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Lead CMDB architecture, defining data models, CI class structures, and relationship frameworks.
• Architect and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Oversee advanced configurations, including Flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support pre-sales activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in a relevant technical architecture role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side/client-side scripting.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and guide execution teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise or multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
