Description

Lead the design, implementation, and administration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring robust governance and seamless integration across critical ITSM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate technical solutions and ServiceNow integrations using plugins.
• Manage user administration and the lifecycle of UAT, Test, Training, and Production instances.
• Execute ServiceNow upgrades and implement platform changes for Incident, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Change management.
• Provide second and third-level support for ServiceNow incidents.
• Oversee process governance, reporting, and platform configuration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow versions including Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul, and Kingston.
• Proficiency in web technologies: JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow Portal and Catalog development.
• Proven track record with at least one full project rollout, transition, or platform upgrade.
• ITIL V2/V3 Certification.
• Background as a ServiceNow System Administrator, Architect, or Programmer/Analyst.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to lead independently, coordinate with customers, and drive Scrum calls.
