Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform and its cross-platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IT projects in ServiceNow while maintaining out-of-the-box upgradeability.
• Lead platform upgrade, clone, and maintenance processes.
• Gather business requirements and transform them into functional specifications and system design documents.
• Manage the change process for all new platform modifications and partner with business application owners.
• Provide technical input for the IT Roadmap, including new module implementations and major upgrades.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Solutions Architect.
• Expert level proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, XML, JSON, and CSS.
• Deep technical expertise in Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Pages.
• Experience with Service Portal, API development, REST, and MID Server integrations.
• Hands-on experience with App Engine Studio, Git, App Engine Management Center, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Technical breadth across Employee Center, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and Now Mobile modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Technical Architect credentials.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
